I’m Aine McGlynn, MA, PhD.

I have been working on technology adoption and digital transformation since 2012. In my work with clients we focus on results by articulating pathways to digital transformation and establishing the routes to get you there.

In the background, I’m always exploring and critiquing systems that create uneven access to technology enablement through speaking, webinars, informal networks and partnership. I have an MA and PhD from the University of Toronto in Literature with a focus on gender and narrative.

I’m also a climbing instructor, certified by the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides. In my work with technology clients, I rely on lessons learned on the rock; to trust yourself, to keep making decisions, and to rely on your equipment and your team.
