Writing is a way for me to explore ideas and concepts related to my eternal curiosity about people, organizations, and the systems they are embedded within. I have a keen understanding of how things tick, what it means to be stuck, and how to get back on track - but there is always more to learn.

I take the role of guide very seriously.

It is the way that I feel in service to both the individuals I work with directly and to the broader collective. Part of this work is engaging with more complex and always evolving thoughts around inclusive, justice-informed change.

I feel a commitment to those who feel abandoned both systemically and in their work (the two often go hand-in-hand) and I endeavour to inspire trust and guide people out of the wilderness.
